As a Changemaker Campus, The University of San Diego identifies itself as a university dedicated to diversity and inclusion. In their 2020 Strategic Plan for Diversity & Inclusive Excellence, they aim to “justly represent the breadth and beauty of God’s creation in our own community, embracing the values of both pluralism and equity.” However, many students have mixed feelings regarding how well USD upholds their commitment to diversity.
